Traffic Lights, Movie Night, and Random Bullet Points

I think I stopped at every last stoplight between my house and all the places I ran errands today. At first it was hardly noticeable, but as the day wore on and I began to wonder how on earth it was taking me so long get to places that I realized that today was a fantastically consistent red-light day. I was to be home by 4pm to wake Husband for work, but I ended up being very, very late. I did call to wake him, but I'm still disappointed that instead of a whole hour there were only a few brief moments with him as he fixed up the garden water and checked on for the evening. He held my hand, though, and kissed me and that will be enough until he comes home again.

I shall drown my sorrow with a glass of watered orange juice and crushed ice and watch more of Lark Rise to Candleford with BJ, Arwen, and Mary to the late hours of the night. ;)

Btw Bullet Points:
  • Kohl's and Belk are having some amazing sales. And I found a non-maternity dress that works as an eight-months-preggo maternity dress for me to wear to Dan & Hannah's wedding on Saturday. YAY!
  • Sally Beauty Supply is not the best place to purchase a Wahl beard trimmer, Amazon is. (Only $14 dollars, cha-ching!!! As opposed to thirty-something. O.o )
  • Belk has Barely There stretch-knit ribbed tank tops in all colors of the rainbow for $2.99/ea. I have never seen tank tops for sale so cheap. Ever.
  • But Belk does not have nursing bras. FYI.
  • I found two packages of a discontinued color of Wrights bias tape at Jo-Ann's for 97¢/pkg. and it made me feel young again. Remember when you could collect three wrappers and send them off with a few dollars for shipping, and get a whole parcel of pretty bits and ends?
  • Sam's Club has the best bagels and the biggest bags of dried apricots.
  • My last visit to the OB showed that my iron levels are low, thus the craving for the aforementioned apricots. Seriously - it's on the short list the nurse gave me of good things to eat to get more iron in me. Along with liver (gack!), broccoli (YES!), and baked potato skins (say random!) I think the Steward is going to be grilling a lot of hamburger and steak these next few weeks. He already brought me eggs (in bed!) this morning. :)
  • I love my husband. He is a godly man, a diligent and hard-working man, and a loving husband. I love him so!
  • Did I mention that I love my husband?
