The loggers have come early today, having set up (and begun) late yesterday afternoon. I find it stimulating to have noisy productivity going on outside - especially now that we've got the windows open for the cooler air - it makes getting up and going about my indoor tasks a bit more appealing. I go to it with a bit more vigor, knowing that someone is out there sweating and working hard whilst I'm in a comfortable house doing much easier things. I like it when Husband cuts the grass, the sound of the mower running up and down and around, debris flying everywhere - I feel as though I should be working hard, too!
I suppose what I am trying to say is that I find inspiration to do more when I hear machinery outside. Speaking of which... time to feed the little one and then off to the kitchen to prepare something tasty for Husband!
