Sweet Cheesball for Graham Crackers

Sweet Cheeseball

1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, slightly softened
1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided
pecans, optional

Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat until just combined. Stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Place mixture  on a large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate at least 1 more hour. Just before serving, roll cheese ball in additional chocolate chips and/or pecans.

Serve with Teddy Grahams or similar.
